This obviously would change the character of <br />the street, turning the street virtually into an alleyway, and negatively impacting the value of our <br />homes. <br /> <br />While I sympathize with Mr. Christensen regarding the lack of storage he has, certainly other <br />options are available. I would respectfully request that the variance not be granted. Instead of <br />the proposed garage and driveway, I'm sure that an ahernative can be found to help Mr. <br />Christensen meet his storage needs, while maintaining the character of our neighborhood. <br /> <br />.
