We enjoy the light traffic that is a result of not having <br />houses directly across the street. We feel that if Mr. Christensen is allowed to build a <br />garage of that size on his property, (the size of our house), others would be allowed to. <br />follow suit; thus destroying the tranquillity and beauty of our neighborhood.
