<br />Discussion: <br /> <br />Member Klausing stated the building is too large, and sets a bad precedent. He <br />would support a deeper garage. The Commission should look at house in relation <br />to garage; need rational process for approval. <br />Member Mulder agreed with Klausing. <br /> <br />Member Rhody stated he opposed the motion to amend, noting that the City has <br />many of these lots; this will not be detrimental to the neighborhood <br /> <br />Chair Harms stated that 4' will not make a big difference in looks. The person across <br />street would rather see garage than outdoor storage. <br /> <br />Vote on oriqinal Motion: <br />Motion carried 5-1 <br />Ayes: Mulder, Olson, Wilke, Harms, Rhody <br />Nays: Klausing <br />
