By putting a garage here we create an "L" shape to <br />the building structures, thus it breaks-up the long feeling of our rambler, adding balance to our <br />property . <br /> <br />Our current garage is a double wide and is too small to accommodate our lifestyle and storage needs. The <br />addition of a new garage in the space we are requesting to build would make our property look more <br />appealing. It will add new storage space for our tools and vehicles. Our long-range plan is to convert our <br />current garage into living space; it would enlarge the size of our home, Given all of this, the value of our <br />property will be greatly enhanced. <br /> <br />Our neighbors to all sides of us are also in agreement that the spot we have chosen to build our garage, <br />even though it does not currently comply with Roseville city standards would be by far the most logical and <br />practical place to build a new structure on our property. <br /> <br />Thank you for taking this into consideration when making the determination to grant us a city variance to <br />build our new garage.
