Since <br />you have not returned any conunents regarding the LOS assumptions for the <br />Community Development Fund, I assume that you are satisfied with the <br />assumptions used. I also assume that there are no changes to the Fire section that <br />you indicated may be the case per our previous conversation. I will therefore <br />begin making the fiscal model and writing the report. Please sign below for <br />confinnation and return. <br /> <br />111is is to acknowledge that the persolUlel of Roseville have reviewed the Level of <br />Service (LOS) assumptions to be used in the Metropolitan Council Fiscal Impact <br />Study and have agreed to the data and projections that will be used for developing <br />the fiscal model and preparing the fiscal impact report by Tischler & Associates, <br />Inc. Data changes subsequent to the draft report dated September 30, 1999 <br />include corrections based on comments received ITom the City and discussions <br />with City staff, in addition to the inclusion of costs and revenues relating to the <br />Community Development Fund. <br /> <br />I acknowledge that any subsequent changes to the LOS will not be made by <br />Tischler & Associates, Inc. unless the City issues a letter authorizing the changes <br />at an additional cost. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Page 1 <br />
