When using the Council's 2020 Regional Gro Strategy forecasts, we are assuming more compact <br />development. This is likely to mean more to ouses, etc. We are going to assume that these townhouses <br />are large enough to accommodate the same size of families as used in the current trends assumptions (i.e. <br />_~emographic composition of community will not change). This means that they will be slightly larger and <br />slightly more expensive than the typical current townhouse. <br /> <br />Market value assumption <br />.
