Several hardship <br />reasons apply to justify this new enclosure. <br /> <br />1) Trash load: we have exhausted the amount of trash pick-ups (6 days a week) and are <br />stilI experiencing full containers, Larger containers are needed & necessary. <br /> <br />2) Insects: The current dumpster enclosure is adjacent to the kitchen receiving doors, <br />posing an apparent insect & rodent hazard to the Food Service Department. <br /> <br />3) Winter weather, the sloped driveway is a continual hazard for the waste haulers <br />driver. The rear loading containers are very difficult to maneuver, whereas the new <br />proposed (overhead dump), dumpster require mechanical movement. <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br />Kenneth 1.
