<br />Dear neighbor, <br />We at Rosewood Estate have experienced some growth, which has increased our <br />rubbish & recycling disposal needs. Therefore we have applied for a building pennit with <br />the City of Roseville to build a new, detached enclosure. This has initiated a variance due <br />to the needed location of this enclosure. A ou ma know the variance guidelines dictate <br />notifying the surrounding neighbor(s) wit 250 et of our property. The new enclosure <br />would be located at the south end of our pro y and be esthetically correct with the <br />current structure. (Gray roof, white vinyl '(ling, white doors.) The new enclosure would <br />be the drive-up type instead of the CUff t rear dump. See enclosed plan. Thank-you for <br />your time & consideration in this m er.
