<br />The purpose of this letter is to update you on the status of your request for a minor
<br />variance to reduce the side yard setback by one foot (to 4') for the purpose of replacing an
<br />existing driveway with the installation of a 9' concrete driveway and slab on the south side
<br />of your property. On Monday, September 14, 1998, the City Council approved your request
<br />as submitted.
