Aldine St. (PF3068) <br /> <br />Dear MS.Olson: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the City of Roseville's Minor Variance <br />Committee will meet on Tuesday, August 26,1998, to consider the request for the above- <br />referenced minor variance. The meeting will begin at 3:00 p.m. in the Community <br />Development Conference Room at RoseviHe City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive. <br /> <br />If the request is unanimously recommended for approval by the Committee, the request <br />will be placed on the September 14, 1998, City Council agenda. If the request is not <br />unanimously recommended for approval by the Committee, the request will not be <br />forwarded to the City Council; however, Mr. and Mrs. Sands have the option of requesting <br />a variance through the regular variance procedure. <br /> <br />You are welcome to attend the Minor Variance Committee meeting and/or the City Council <br />meeting.
