Aldine Street <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Minor Variance Request - Side Yard Setback at 2612 N Aldine St (PF3068) <br /> <br />Dear Mr and Mrs Sands: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the City of Roseville's Minor Variance <br />Committee will meet on Wednesday, August 26, 1998, to consider your request for the <br />above-referenced minor variance. The meeting will begin at 3:00 p.m. in the <br />Community Development Conference Room at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive. In order for your request to be considered at this meeting, you or your <br />representative must attend to review the request and answer any questions. <br /> <br />If the request is unanimously recommended for approval by the Committee, the request <br />will be placed on the September 14, 1998 City Council agenda.
