This was considered a "Re-description and <br />Correction of a Minor Subdivision" as per section 1104.04(0) of the City Code. This portion of <br />the City Code requires review and approval of the minor subdivisions by the City Council, and <br />review and approval of the Certificate of Survey by the City Manager and the Community <br />Development Director prior to recording. <br /> <br />This letter is the certificate of survey approval letter of the City Manager and the <br />Community Development Director to proceed with the recording of the survey.
