This approval allows you to record the certificate <br />of survey as well as deeds to the property you purchased from Jim & Deb Schreier. <br />These documents must be recorded within 60 days from the City Council approval and <br />the City Manager's review of the survey. <br /> <br />Further this approval also requires Jim & Deb Schreier to record the new description and <br />certificate of survey for their property within 60 days from the City Council approval and <br />the City Manager's review of the survey. <br /> <br />The approval was also conditioned upon obtaining approval of a setback permit for the <br />existing building encroachment. This action will take place on Thursday, March 25 at <br />3:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Attached is a draft copy of the approved resolution.
