<br />6.0 SUGGESTED ACTION <br /> <br />By motion, approve the concept development plan for a business planned unit <br />development (B-PUD) that allows the construction of a 2,867 s.f. convenience structure <br />with a gas pump service area for the parcel located at 2785 Hamline Avenue, based on the <br />findings outlined in Section 3 of this report. <br /> <br />It is understood that the effective date of such a planned unit development will not occur <br />until after the application submission and final approval of the planned unit development <br />agreement and publication of the PUD ordinance.
