Off –street structured parking <br />112 <br />may be located up to 500 feet away from the use. <br />113 <br />3. <br />Parking Reduction and Cap: Minimum off -street parking requirements for uses within the <br />114 <br />CMU district may be reduced to 75% of the parking requirements in Chapter 1019 of this <br />115 <br />Title. <br />116 <br />
