Such sites may <br />have more parking, adequate pedestrian safety zones, signage, visibility, sanitary systems, <br />lighting and perhaps security. <br /> <br />lfthe Council determines it appropriate to approve this request, the staffwill again ask that <br />Ramsey County restrict signage on the north side of County Road B, from Fernwood Avenue <br />to Lexington Avenue, and notices will be sent to affected property owners along County Road <br />B. <br /> <br />Suggested Council Action: <br /> <br />By motion, approve the 1999 Spring and Fall YMCA Sale Promotion at 1170 West County Road <br />B, with set-up to occur from three to six days prior to each sale: <br /> <br />Spring Sale: Wednesday, May 19 through Sunday, May 23,1999 <br />Maximum Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. <br />Fall Sale: Wednesday, September 22 through Sunday, September 27,1999 <br />Maximum Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />and approve outside storage of sales materials for this time period, with no parking on the <br />north side of County Road B during sale hours. <br /> <br />The organizers should be encouraged to use the Lexington/B Park parking lot to provide safer <br />off street parking. The organizers should offer to meet with neighbors to explain the spring <br />and fall sales and reduce inconveniences that may occur during these periods. <br /> <br />As in past years, the staff will send notice to property owners along County Road B. <br /> <br />Attached is the formal request letter of August 26th from Robert G.
