Existing one acre lot is proposed to be split into two 1/2 acre lots. <br /> <br />2. Existing wood frame structure is to be removed. <br /> <br />3. Residential design for the site planning, landscaping and architectural <br />appeal will comply with all federal, state and local codes. The project <br />would remove one outdated wood frame structure and replace it with <br />two new homes. <br /> <br />4. Physical hardship would involve requesting an 85' frontage, which is <br />required, to be reduced to a 64' frontage for the new homes. <br /> <br />5.
