The following additional information must be submitted prior to a public hearing <br />being scheduled before the Planning Commission: <br /> <br />1. Application Fee. The request includes a variance as well as a minor subdivision; <br />therefore, the application fee is $200 (variance fee) rather than $100 (minor sUbdivision <br />fee). (See Item 20A & Top of Application) <br /> <br />2. Abstractor's Certificate. An Abstractor's Certificate listing the names and addresses on <br />labels was not submitted with the application. The City requires an Abstractor's <br />Certificate as well as mailing labels for notification purposes. (See Item 20B) <br /> <br />3. Project Narrative. A project narrative was not submitted with the application. The <br />project narrative for this request should include details on the project as well as a <br />discussion of the physical hardship that makes the variance necessary. (See Item 200). <br /> <br />The submittal deadline for the November 10,1998, Planning Commission meeting is Monday, <br />October 10, 1998.
