Roseville, MN 55113 . 651.4902279 . fax: 651.490..2931 <br /> <br />March 24, 1999 <br /> <br />Dear Development Executive\Architect: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville invites you to submit a proposal for professional services to creatively <br />design and build "Park Complimentary Uses" on approximately 25% of an 8 acre City owned <br />parcel, located at the southwest corner of Lexington Avenue and County Road B. The selected <br />developer or development team will be named the "designated private sector developer" for <br />this site for a period of two years. Proposals should incorporate design and procedure <br />guidelines from the Roseville Cornerstone Program. The proposal must provide a financing <br />plan to all~w the City to determine the financial feasibility of the entire 8 acre site. <br /> <br />The desired timeline for the entire process is as follows: <br />. Distribute notice of Request For Proposal (RFP) to the development community and <br />interested individuals by March 24. 1999. <br />. Developers must request a RFP packet from the City of Roseville by May 1, 1999. <br />. The RFP responses submitted to the City no later than June 12, 1999. <br />. Up to three RFP respondents will be chosen by staff (with the assistance of a consultants), <br />to make a presentation to the City Council on June 28, 1999. <br />. A recommendation will be made to the City Council for approval on July 26. 1999. Approval <br />consists of selecting one developer to refine a proposal for Council approval. <br /> <br />Page 1 of4 <br />
