Therefore, the
potential impact to the Site from facilities listed on the VISTA Unmapped Sites cannot always be
determined based on the available information.

The following table contains a summary of the findings:

Table 2

ASTM Search Total
Database Site Distance (Miles) <1/8 1/8-1/4 1/4-1/2 1/2-1 Listed
SPL* 0 1 0 0 0 0 0
SCL* 0 1/2 0 0 0 0
LUST* 2 1/2 2 0 4 8
SWLF* 0 1/2 0 0 0 0
UST/AST* 1 Site and Adjoining 2 0 3
Prouerties
MN Spills 0 Site and Adjoining 1 0 1
Properties

* ~ Required by the ASTM Standard

According to the information provided by VISTA, the Site was listed as a UST and LUST facility.
The LUST incidents were reported at the Site on November 6, 1989 and April 20, 1993 and closed
on August I, 1990 and July 13, 1993, respectively.

The VISTA report indicated that four fuel-oil USTs were registered and removed from the Site:
250 gallons, 3,000 gal1ons, 8,000 gallons and 10,000 gal1ons.
