The City Planners were very <br />satisfied with the modifications which we had suggested in order to meet the concerns of the neighbors, The neighborhood meeting also <br />was very positive resu lting in little, if any, opposition to our plans, <br /> <br />[n meeting with the neighbors, it was very apparent that the submitted PUD, Edition #8 which was presented to the City Planning <br />Commission on March 10, 1999, was not fully understood by the neighboring residents, Our three hour session on April3rd was extremely <br />productive for both parties, We have enclosed a copy of the modified PUD Site Development Plan, Edition #9 for your inspection. In <br />addition, we prepared and distributed to the neighbors, our response to their concerns relative to the project. We have enclosed this <br />document for your review as well. We are currently looking at additional site development options which may offer even greater <br />acceptance by the community.
