Dear Thomas:

In reference to Planning File #3077, the Roseville Planning Commission on March 10, 1999, voted to continue our request for a Concept
Planned Unit Development on the property located at 1944 Lexington A venue, The continuance was granted so as to allow us to provide
further information and plans to the City of Rose vi lie Planners, the adjacent neighbors and the Planning Commission, On March 30, 1999
met with Dennis Welsch and Cathy Bennett of the City of Roseville, On Saturday, April 3, 1999, we met with the neighbors which
surround our property, At both sessions, we presented our modified Site Development Plan, Edition #9. The City Planners were very
satisfied with the modifications which we had suggested in order to meet the concerns of the neighbors, The neighborhood meeting also
was very positive resu lting in little, if any, opposition to our plans,

[n meeting with the neighbors, it was very apparent that the submitted PUD, Edition #8 which was presented to the City Planning
Commission on March 10, 1999, was not fully understood by the neighboring residents, Our three hour session on April3rd was extremely
productive for both parties, We have enclosed a copy of the modified PUD Site Development Plan, Edition #9 for your inspection. In
addition, we prepared and distributed to the neighbors, our response to their concerns relative to the project. We have enclosed this
document for your review as well. We are currently looking at additional site development options which may offer even greater
acceptance by the community. At this point we need to determine whether or not these alternatives will be beneficial to CLI and the other
tenants of the building,

In keeping with your desires and mandates, we have completed the directions you gave at the March 10'h meeting and look forward to
positively resolving this PUD on Wednesday, April 14, 1999, [fthere are any questions, concerns or inquiries regarding this plan, please
call us to discuss your concerns prior to the scheduled meeting so we may resolve the issues beforehand, Evenings: 651,771,0262 - Days:
651.489,8000,

Thank you for your anticipated response,

Most Sincerely,
