Each one of these tools are flexible
depending upon how you want to [mance the expansion. For example, you may want to pay some of
the project costs up front or match the programs with a conventional bank loan.

I am currently working with David Johnson to facilitate the necessary improvements to Suburban
Hardware and there may be an opportunity to tie the two projects together. I would like to schedule a
meeting to discuss collaboration between Cryogenics, Suburban Hardware and the City ofRoseville
as soon as possible.

The City of Roseville, Judy Karon with Ramsey County and Andy Clausen with SPEDCo are all
eager to work with you so that you can remain in Roseville. As mentioned in our meeting last week,
we would be happy to review other sites but feel that expanding at your current location will be the
most cost effective and efficient method to pursue.

I will be on vacation August 28 through September 8. If you have any questions or would like to
move forward while I am gone please do not hesitate to call Dennis directly at 490-2232. We are
excited about your proposal and want to make sure that Cryogenic Labs remain one ofRoseville's top
medical businesses.
