(CST) on September 23" 2000. <br /> <br />This Letter of Credit will automatically renew for a single six month period unless written <br />notification is provided at least 30 days prior to expiration to the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />This Letter of Credit shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the <br />State of Minnesota, including the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in said State (the "UCC"). <br /> <br />Except so far as otherwise stated the Letter of Credit is subject to the Uniform Customs and <br />Practice for Documentary Credit (1993 Revision), International Chamber of Commerce <br />Publication No. 500 (the "UCP 500").
