<br />6.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />6.1 On April 14, 1999, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />Lois Olson's request, during which hearing a number of residents adjacent (Rose Villa <br />T ownhomes) addressed the Commission. They expressed concern over structure <br />location, structure height, parking, landscaping, number of businesses on the site, and <br />property values. Staff, John Olson, and the Planning Commission attempted to answer <br />this questions/concerns based on the Cryogenic development proposal. <br /> <br />6.2 By motion, the Roseville Planning Commission recommended (4-2) approval of the <br />concept Planned Unit Development for a 4.516 s.f. addition to the existing 4,000 s.f. <br />office, retail, and warehouse structure based on the findings and conditions (3.1 through <br />3.19) listed in Section 3 of the Request for Commission Action dated 4/14/99. <br /> <br />7.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />By motion approve (deny) the concept development plan for a mixed business planned <br />unit development that allows the construction of a 4,516 s.f. addition to the existing 4,000 <br />s.f. office, retail, and warehouse structure based on the findings outlined in Section 3 of <br />this report. <br /> <br />It is understood that the effective date of such a planned unit development will not occur <br />until after the application submission and final approval of the planned unit development <br />agreement and publication of the PUD ordinance.
