<br />The purpose of this letter is to update you on the status of your request for vacation of a drainage
<br />easement at 2441 St. Albans Street North. On Monday, November 23, 1998, the City Council
<br />approved your request.
<br />
<br />Since the easement has been vacated, you can proceed with your garage addition, provided you
<br />have obtained a building permit for the building addition. The resolution vacating the drainage
<br />easement will be recorded with the Ramsey County Recorder within the next few weeks.
<br />
