The storm water managelJ1ent <br />plans must meet certain standards detailing construction practice5 which control runoff and design <br />standards for the constructiOD, use, and maintenance of &torm water management facilitie5. <br /> <br />The ordinance also includes regulations with respect to the use of lawn fertilizer. <br />
