If the initial sewer element includes all the <br />needed information the city simply adopts their comprehensive plan and submits the sewer <br />element to the Metropolitan Council to comply with Tier II requirements. This information is <br />, needed to allow the MCES to determine areas within our interceptor system that are either close <br />to capacity or will be when the city reaches full development or significant redevelopment. This <br />is basic information to allow for the development of future capital improvement programs. <br /> <br />The city of Roseville has an area of the city located south of Lake Johanna that flows unmetered . <br />into the city of Arden Hills sanitary seWf:r system. The sewer map should note this area.
