What are the positive features of the existing civic center? <br /> <br />2. How do existing civic and recreational uses fit with potential new uses? <br /> <br />3. What are the short and long-term land use issues that need to be resolved? <br /> <br />4. What are the traffic and building issues in terms of site access, road and parkway _ <br />capacity, trails, soil conditions, and fill materials? <br /> <br />5. What environmental regulations need to be resolved in terms of storm water and <br />subsurface water quality and quantity, noise, air quality, etc, <br /> <br />6. What are the rights and responsibilities of adjoining property owners, City. <br />County, State, Railroad, Department of Natura] Resources (water bodies) etc.? <br /> <br />7. What are the high tech" linkages" that may tie the community together such as <br />cable systems, radio centers, and phone systems, etc.?
