Comprehensive Plan Appendices (Section 12) - Book 2-1998 (Appendices) has been <br />established to retain implementation programs and other works for each Section. <br />It also contains the 1998 five year capital improvement program. <br /> <br />3.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />3.1 The Planning Staff recommends affirming these changes and officially including them in <br />the Plan and noting their inclusion in the addenda sheet at the beginning of the plan, an <br />example of which is attached to this report. <br /> <br />4.0 PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION PROCEDURE <br /> <br />4.1 On November 18, 1998 and December 9,1998, the Planning Commission holds the required <br />public hearings. The first hearing is a reading and comment period. After the second, the <br />Commission closes the hearing. By a vote the Planning Commission reaffirms the changes <br />(and any additions/deletions) made to the Plan during 1998, adopts the outline for <br />placement in the plan and recommends that the changes be placed within the <br />Comprehensive Plan.
