Overall Comprehensive Plan Update/Revision <br /> <br />The Plan revision includes the community's land use data. It is shown by Planning District 1 <br />through 15 within Section 4 of the Plan (Book 1). The breakdown of land uses is identified in each <br />Planning District as well as an overall breakdown on the back of the existing and future land use <br />maps in Section 4 and the T AZ analysis work in Section 5. <br /> <br />B. Plan Amendment <br /> <br />Questions 1, 2 and 3 below apply to plan amendments involving a land use change and/or MUSA <br />expansion area. There are no substantative changes in land use designations within this 1998 <br />update. Estimated housing and employment are shown in Section 4 and 12.4. <br /> <br />C. Housing <br /> <br />1. Will the plan revision or amendment affect the availability of affordable or life-cycle housing <br />in your community? No. <br /> <br />D. Environmental Resources <br /> <br />1. Will an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) be prepared for the plan revision or <br />amendment? No. <br /> <br />2. Does the plan revision or amendment affect a state or federal protected wetland? <br />No <br /> <br />3. Will the plan revision or amendment potentially affect the quality of any surface water body? <br />No <br /> <br />4. Does the plan revision or amendment affect any land in the Mississippi River Critical Area? <br />No <br /> <br />5. If the community has a municipal water supply system, does the local water supply plan meet <br />the requirements of Chapter 186 of 1993 Session laws? <br /> <br />Yes - See Section 10 (Book 1) and Section 12.10 (Book 2). <br /> <br />6. Has the community adopted a local surface water management plan? <br /> <br />The community has adopted the Council's Interim Strategy to Reduce Nonpoint Source Pollution to <br />all Metropolitan Water Bodies, September 11, 1995 by resolution number 9219 which is included <br />in the plan. <br /> <br />5 <br />
