Does the proposed plan revision or amendment positively or negatively affect pedestrian or <br />,~j bike systems? <br /> <br />The Plan positively affects pedestrian and bike movements through adoption of the 1997/1998 <br />Pathway Master Plan shown in Sections 5 and 9. <br /> <br />B. Wastewater Treatment <br /> <br />1. Total flow for community based on existing plan and plan revisions is located in Section 10 of <br />the Plan. Further details are available from City Engineering (Deb Bloom 651-490-2221). <br /> <br />3. The community discharges to more than one metropolitan interceptor, as indicated in Section 10 <br />(Book 1) and Section 12.10 (Book 2). <br /> <br />4. Will flows be diverted from one interceptor service area to another? No. <br /> <br />5. Is any wastewater flow an intercommunity flow to an adjoining community's sanitary sewer <br />system? No. <br /> <br />6. Has the community adopted a comprehensive program for the management of on-site septic <br />systems? Not Applicable. The City is a fully developed city served by sanitary sewer. <br /> <br />C. Aviation <br /> <br />1. Has the community adopted (in local codes/ordinances) a "notification" element to protect <br />regional airspace? No. The City is not within the flight pattern of a metropolitan airport. <br /> <br />2. Do the proposed changes in the plan revision or amendment involve areas within an airport <br />influence area or airport search area? No. <br /> <br />a. Do the proposed changes affect the functioning of the airport(s) as defined in the approved <br />airport Long-Term Comprehensive Plan? No. <br /> <br />b. Are the proposed changes in the plan revision or plan amendment consistent with guidelines <br />for land use compatibility and aircraft noise guidelines in the Aviation Policy Plan? Not <br />applicable. <br /> <br />D. Recreation Open Space <br /> <br />1 . Does the plan revision or proposed amendment affect existing or future federal, state or <br />regional parks, park reserves or trails? The plan shows connections to city and county trails <br />and open spaces. See Section 9 (Book 1) of the Plan and Section 12.9 (Book 2). <br /> <br />2. Does the plan revision or amendment include a trail segment in, or a connection to a regional <br />trail or park? Yes the pathway and parks system plan illustrate a connection to the County <br />pathway system which will be constructed south and east from McCarron's Lake Park to <br />Gateway Trail. See Section 9 (Book 1) of the Plan and Section 12.9 (Book 2). <br /> <br />4 <br />
