<br />hearings on an amendment to move the designated route for future Twin Lakes Parkway <br />approximately 800 feet south. The Commission and Council approved this realignment <br />(6/97). An official map of the right-of-way has been approved and attached to the <br />Comprehensive Plan Map and thoroughfare plan. A review will take place as part of the <br />1998 Metro Council Mandatory Planning Process. <br /> <br />2.13 Interim Strategy to Reduce Non-Point Surface Water Pollution Management Plan (Section <br />8) - Reviewed and approved by the Metro Council Memo 12/28/96. <br /> <br />2.14 Parks and Open Space Master Plan and Map (Section 9) - Delete an existing map titled <br />"Park System" 7/14/94, update to the new map, "Parks and Open Space Map", which more <br />thoroughly designates City of Roseville parks and various open space categories, and <br />includes new parks (Pioneer Park) and new park open space (Waterworks/Cemetary <br />Area). The map will also illustrate an updated spreadsheet with park areas and percent <br />of total city area. <br /> <br />2.15 Pathways Network Master Plan (Section 9) - A new plan and map(s) has been produced <br />which indicates on and off-road pathways. The Pathways Committee has completed its <br />report, and the Commission and Council approved it. <br /> <br />2.16 Parks and Open Space Infrastructure Plan (Section 9) - The Infrastructure Committee has <br />completed its report and the Commission and Council approved it. The report was <br />adopted by reference as part of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />2.17 Water Supply/Management Plan 11/96 (Section 10) - Reviewed and approved by the <br />Metro Council 3/28/97. <br /> <br />2.18 Street Map (Section 10) - The City Street Map has been revised and added to the <br />introduction section to the Plan. <br /> <br />2.19 Collaborative Efforts (Section 11) - The City of Roseville has become a partner in the <br />collaborative planning process for the 35W subregion (North Metro I-35W Corridor <br />Coalition). One goal of this collaborative effort is to develop a subregional plan in time for <br />the five year update (2003) of city plans. The second collaborative effort involves the <br />Ramsey County GIS User Group in which GIS applications and databases are developed <br />and shared.
