The exterior materials include pallets stacked along the
west wall of the building; building materials along the northwest comer and trailers with
stored materials in the front parking lot.

The City Council provided direction, which included removal of all exterior materials by
December 31, 1999, and if no action was taken to correct the storage issue (by June 30,
2000), the site would be considered in violation of the City Code.

Within thirty (30) days please complete the cleanup of the site or I will be forced to issue
a Court citation for violation of the City Code, Section 1011.02.

Sincerely,

Dennis P.
