<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE - City Council Minutes <br /> <br />K-2 <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Wi ski seconded, that Allied Building Products Corporation's <br />request for continued storage of emergency materials such as bundled <br />shingles on their site, through December 31, 1999, be approved, with the <br />following conditions: ' <br /> <br />1. All exterior stored materials shall be placed behind the rear building <br />line of the building and screened from view of front and side property <br />lines with temporary wood fencing as approved by the Community <br />Development Director. <br />2. All exterior stored materials shall be stored in such a manner to <br />provide emergency access to all sides of the building, as approved <br />by the Fire Marshall. <br /> <br />3. Exterior storage of materials after December 31,1999 shall be <br />considered a violation of City Code. <br /> <br />4. The City Council may discontinue the emergency temporary storage <br />as a violation of the City Code without further cause. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski and Wall.
