No alternative is available to this date. <br />Construction of a new site would be complete late in 1999. <br /> <br />4.0 Suggested Council Action <br /> <br />By motion, approve the request of Allied Building Products Corporation, 1920 County Road C, to <br />continued outdoor storage of emergency materials such as bundled shingles on their site, through <br />December 31, 1999, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. All exterior stored materials shall be placed behind the rear building line of the <br />building and screened from view of front and side property lines with temporary <br />wood fencing as approved by the Community Development Director. <br /> <br />2. All exterior stored materials shall be stored in such a manner to provide emergency <br />access to all sides of the building, as approved by the Fire Marshal. <br /> <br />3. Exterior storage of materials after December 31, 1999 shall be considered a <br />violation of the City Code. <br /> <br />4.
