<br />3. The site and tank permit shall be reviewed by the City's Fire Marshal on an annual <br />basis, with a report being submitted to the City Council. <br /> <br />4. The above ground storage tank permit shall be valid for a period of five years from <br />the date of approval by the City Council. Thereafter, the applicant may apply for <br />an annual one year extension of the permit. <br /> <br />5.
