Sunde is in the process of creating legal <br />descriptions and easements sketches for the storm sewer easements. I will forward <br />them to you as soon as they are received. <br /> <br />Kurt Engebritson of Sunde Land Surveying, Inc. is preparing the subdivision sketch <br />and legal description. You should receive that from Kurt within the next day. <br /> <br />I understand that the vacation and release of the old easements, the approval of the <br />subdivision, and the approval of the new easements will all occur at the City <br />Council meeting on December 14.
