Release of easements - Requires Council approval without a public hearing. <br /> <br />. New easements - Requires Council approval without a public hearing. <br /> <br />. Lot Subdivision - Roseville will go though the minor subdivision process to ensure that we .lre n:t being <br />less restrictive that State law. We will schedule a public hearing and approval for the Coun:il m-'~ting on <br />November 23,1998. Please provide us with a sketch plan of the lot subdivision and two ne-. . lege <br />descriptions. A survey will not be required until after approval of the lot subdivision. <br /> <br />.
