Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code ofthe City of Roseville, and after the City Council held a public hearing (PF3092) with due notice on January 13, 1999, the following property is hereby rezoned from B-3, General Business District, to Business-Planned Unit Development: 3116 Fairview Avenue North (PID 042923120001) City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, legally described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23; thence east 200.00 feet; thence south 133.00 feet; thence west 200.00 feet; thence north 133.00 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. Planned Unit Development #1219. The Planned Unit Development standards/ conditions of approval adopted for this property shall be in addition to all other applicable zoning requirements. Section3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code (rezoning of property to PUD) shall take effect upon: 1) passage and publication of this ordinance; 2) execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City; an 3) recording of the agreement with Ramsey County.
