<br />. ---;~. ......;- <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 22nd day of March, 1999, at 6:30 p.m.. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br />A Resolution Vacating a Portion of County Road 0 <br />In Connection with the Proposed Redevelopment at 3116 Fairview Avenue North <br />(Ric Cox: PF3092) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the request of Ric Cox <br />for vacation of a portion of County Road D in connection with the proposed redevelopment of <br />the parcel at the southeast corner of Fairview Avenue and County Road D (3116 Fairview <br />Avenue North) to allow for a small office building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Ric Cox request <br />for vacation of a portion of County Road D, approximately 7 V2 feet wide by 155.99 feet in <br />length, directly east of Fairview Avenue adjacent property located at 3116 Fairview Avenue <br />North, based on findings of the staff report dated March 10, 1999; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a <br />portion of County Road D in connection with the request for a Planned Unit Development to <br />redevelop the parcel at the southeast corner of Fairview and County Road D as a small office <br />building (4,000-5,000 s.f.); <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, hereby vacates a portion of County Road D, said area legally described as: <br /> <br />The west 200 feet of the north 133 feet of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township <br />29, Range 23, subject to roadway easements (PIN #042923120001). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />(}\.O'\ <br />~ <br />~Q' <br />
