Seaberg debis Fin Svc March 10, 1999 Mr. Dennis Welsch City ofRoseville Roseville, MN 55113 Dear Mr. Welsch: Ric Cox (Cox Insurance Agency) has talked with Dave Seaberg and me in the past regarding his new building on Fairview & County Rd D. We are in agreement with each other on the plans. He wanted us to be comfortable with the project, as we will be his neighbors. The hearing for the vacating of the south side of County Rd D is to be held this evening, Ric indicated that he would ask to receive 7.5 feet to insure that the existing building will be located the correct distance from the road. We all agreed that for the consistency of the road the 7.5 feet vacation should extend east from Fairview Ave. to Wheeler 81. This includes the new Insurance building, our duplex (1800 & 1802) and the single home on the comer of Wheeler and County Rd. D. In a related issue, Dave Seaberg, who is the neighbor on the south and part owner (along with myself) of the property directly to the east, has indicated to Ric Cox that he has no preference as to the fence required on the south and east ofMr, Cox's property. Ric may eliminate, or erect the fence at his discretion as far as we are concerned, Unfortunately, neither Dave nor myself will be able to attend the hearing tonight because of previous commitments. Ric Cox offered to speak on our behalf as far as continuing the 7,5 feet east to Wheeler Street and the fence issue, We all feel that this street width conformity is in the best interest ofthe City, and the property owners on this short section of County Road D. I have faxed a copy of this letter to Ric Cox in addition to this copy faxed to you. Please call either Dave or myself with regards to this written request prior to the hearing tonight.
