D (PF3092) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Cox: <br /> <br />The purpose ofthis letter is to update you on the status of your request for an office <br />PUD in order to redevelop the parcel at the southeast corner of Fairview and County <br />Road D as a small office building, as well as your request for vacation of a portion of the <br />County Road D right-of-way to allow the existing building to be placed entirely on the <br />buildable parcel. <br /> <br />The City Council, at their meeting of January 25,1999, approved the concept <br />development plan for a 4,000 to 5,000 square foot office building planned unit <br />development at the southeast corner ofthe intersection of County Road D and Fairview <br />Avenue, based on the findings outlined in the staff report of January 25,1999. The <br />effective date ofthe planned unit development will not occur until after the submission <br />and approval of the vacation of the needed portion of County Road D and after the <br />submission and final approval of the PUD agreement and publication of the PUD <br />ordinance (no new construction may occur before the effective date of the ordinance). <br />It will be necessary to complete the landscape plan, utility plan, grading plan and any <br />other plan requested by the City. <br /> <br />If you have any questions about the action taken by the Council, please call me; <br />otherwise, I look forward to working with you on finalizing this project. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Dennis P .
