Robey <br />General Manager <br />Country Inn & Suites <br />2905 Snelling Avenue North <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Status of Planned Unit Development Agreement' <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Robey: <br /> <br />On July 12, 1999 the Roseville City Council gave fmal approval to' the ~xpansion 6fthe <br />Roseville Country In,n & Suites, located at 2905 Snelling Avenue North, This approval . <br />also approved in its draft form an agreement between College Properties and the City <br />regarding the development ofth,e site,' . . <br /> <br />To my knowledge there were only two outstanding issues that required clarification. The <br />first was a revised landscape plan that included trees and shrubs along Snelling Avenue. <br />This Tevis ion has been submitted with the building permit application. The second issue <br />was pertaining to detailed drawing of the retaining wall. Areviewof the recently <br />submitted plans does not indicate such a detail.
