Robey <br />2905 Snelling Avenue North <br />Roseville,MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request to Amend Land Area of College Properties/Eagle Crest Planned Unit <br />Development (PF3094) <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to update you on the status of your request to amend the <br />land area of the College Properties/Eagle Crest Planned Unit Development to increase <br />the square footage of the Country Inn and Suites Hotel and restaurant. <br /> <br />On Monday, January 25,1999, the City Council approved your request with the <br />following motion: <br /> <br />Approve of the request to amend the boundary of College Properties/EagelCrest <br />PUD to add approximately 1.2 acres in order to increase the size of the Country <br />Inn and Suites building to allow for a three story addition, consistent in design <br />and materials with the existing building, within which 24 more lodging units <br />and a restaurant will be constructed, based on the findings outlined in Section 3 <br />of this report and with the conditions outlined in the staff report dated January <br />25,1999 and the Planning Commission recommendation of January 13,1999. <br />The effective date of the amended PUD will be after submission of all revised <br />documents, final approvals, signings of the amended agreement and publication <br />of the amended PUD Ordinance. <br /> <br />A copy of the staff report is enclosed for your information and I would like to call your <br />attention particularly to Section 4.0 (Staff Recommendation).
