Further, the Commission <br />recommended allowance of plant material up to the fence in the front yard of the site. <br /> <br />Based on this recommendation, staff still requires a certificate of survey to determine the <br />exact location of existing conditions, as well as, to show the City Council the exact <br />location of the proposed improvements. <br /> <br />This item is scheduled for the February 22, 1999 City Council meeting. Given this short <br />time line, it is your best interest to provide the City with the required survey on or before <br />February 16, 1999.
