This
was based on the sales at their New Hope store (8001 Bass Lake Road, 612-537-7008). Your
letter estimated the trips to be between 400 and 500. Is there some way we can reconcile these
numbers? Also, the residents requested additional infonnation on the impacts of the Snelling
median closure to the Oakcrest/ Fairview intersection.

The applicant gave me his card in case we need to contact him about this issue:

Chad Ruth
Lyndale Garden Center
Richfield
6412 Lyndale Ave. S.
Richfield, Minnesota 55423
(612)861-2221

If you have questions or need more information please call me at (651) 490-2221 or e-mail me
at deb.bloom@ci.roseville.mn.us.

Thank you!

1\'\-- \!I\
