Nays: None. <br /> <br />e moved, Wiski seco~e Properties/Eagle Crest request for <br />concept approval of a PUD plan to amend the boundary to add approximately 1.2 <br />acres in ordeT to increase the size of the Country Inn and Suites building to allow <br />for a three story addition, consistent in design and materials with the existing <br />building, within which 24 more lodging units and a restaurant will be constructed, <br />based on the findings in Section 3 and the conditions in Section 4 of the Request <br />for Council Action, dated January 25, 1999 and the Planning Commission <br />recommendation ofjanuary 13, 1999. '2--f <br /> <br />Midas Muffler <br />Renovation <br />(PF 3102) <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />College <br />Properties/ <br />Eagle Crest <br />(PF 3094) <br /> <br />1-4 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ric Cox request for concept approval of a Cox Insurance <br />PUD plan for a 4,000 to 5,000 s.f. office building planned unit development at the (PF 3092) <br />southeast corner of the intersection of County Road D and Fairview Avenue, based <br />on the findings outlined in Section 3 of the Request for Council Action, be. <br />approved. The effective date of such planned unit development will not occur <br />until after the submission and approval of the vacation of the needed portion of <br />county Road D; and, after the submission and fmal approval of the planned unit <br />development agreement and publication of the PUD ordinance; with the condition <br />that a landscape plan, utility plan, grading plan and any other plan requested by <br />the City, may be necessary.
