Nays: None. e moved, Wiski seco~e Properties/Eagle Crest request for concept approval of a PUD plan to amend the boundary to add approximately 1.2 acres in ordeT to increase the size of the Country Inn and Suites building to allow for a three story addition, consistent in design and materials with the existing building, within which 24 more lodging units and a restaurant will be constructed, based on the findings in Section 3 and the conditions in Section 4 of the Request for Council Action, dated January 25, 1999 and the Planning Commission recommendation ofjanuary 13, 1999. The effective date of the amended PUD will be after submission of all revised documents, final approvals, signings of the amended agreement and publication of the amended PUD Ordinance. ---- 1-3 The Council also asked for further detail on additional landscaping along Snelling Avenue and County Road C-2 as well as screening of the entry to the storage area below the restaurant. '2--f Midas Muffler Renovation (PF 3102) -- College Properties/ Eagle Crest (PF 3094) 1-4 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ric Cox request for concept approval of a Cox Insurance PUD plan for a 4,000 to 5,000 s.f. office building planned unit development at the (PF 3092) southeast corner of the intersection of County Road D and Fairview Avenue, based on the findings outlined in Section 3 of the Request for Council Action, be. approved. The effective date of such planned unit development will not occur until after the submission and approval of the vacation of the needed portion of county Road D; and, after the submission and fmal approval of the planned unit development agreement and publication of the PUD ordinance; with the condition that a landscape plan, utility plan, grading plan and any other plan requested by the City, may be necessary.
