We noted the <br />location of these replaced trees and will confirm next summer that they are growing. <br /> <br />Comment 3:. Regarding your concerns about the opacity on the south and west sides of <br />the lot. Based on our phone conversation in October, I took your advice and contacted <br />the landscape architect that we used on this project. I talked to Darren Laberree from <br />Westwood Professional Services and he indicated that based on original discussion and <br />approvals, he feels "we have met the ordinance requirements". Darren also indicated that <br />plant opacity will increase with growth. <br /> <br />We will continue to work with the City to resolve any issues that are of concern.
