We are concerned about the south end of Har Mar being an inappropriate location for a 24
hour Cub Food Store. Traffic, semi-trucks, noise, congestion and the proximity to neighboring homes were the concerns
most often voiced. J have faxed a letter to Mayor Dan Wall outlining neighborhood concerns. I have attached a copy of
the letter to this e-mail for your information as a "Word 6.0/95" document. On behalf of area residents, we ask you to
respond to our concerns and advise both the City Planning Commission and the City Council that Har Mar Mall is not an
appropriate location for Cub Foods and would be a detriment to our neighborhood. We are also dismayed by the
arrogance of Cub Foods and Bradley Management Company in stating that Cub Foods has been turned down only once
in eight years and they don't anticipate being turned away here. What can we as neighbors do to preserve our
neighborhoods when we are up against large corporations? We are relying on the Planning Commission and the City
Council to come to our assistance. We plan on being at the next Planning Commission and City Hall Meetings. Please
call either one of us if you have any ideas on how we should proceed. Thank you.

Cindy and John Ridge
1454 W.
