These must be executed before a <br />certificate of occupancy being given for the building. <br />· The existing easements must be vacated; it is our understanding that this process will be <br />conducted next month. <br /> <br />Traffic Circulation: <br />. It is my understanding that Benshoof and Associates is working with our consultants, SEH, on <br />issues regarding traffic circulation. Once our consultant, Glen Van Wormer, is satisfied with <br />the overall traffic circulation on site, we will approve the site plan. <br />. On sheet- Figure 2: Recommended Traffic Plan of East Side Har Mar Mall, Crosswalk stdping <br />should be shown at the east Mall entrance south of Marshall's. <br /> <br />Watermain: <br />. New watermain plans need to meet Roseville standards <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer: <br />· New sanitary sewer plans need to meet Roseville standards <br />.
